It has an XTL 5000 Mobile Radio, an inbuilt power supply, speaker, antenna and several audio & control inputs/outputs. This model also includes a 7.2Ah internal lead acid battery mounted on the internal mounting tray and a battery isolation switch on the front panel. The FST-5020-2A is exclusive to Motorola Australia.
This model is a 'no-frills' version with similar RF & electrical characteristics to the FST-5020-2A but with no auxiliary audio inputs or outputs. The FST-5050 is exclusive to Motorola Australia
The FST-5180 with inbulit speaker, battery back-up and power supply houses the Motorola ZEON MTM Series radios. The radio's Accessory Connector is extended to the back panel for easy access.
